Parvata="hill"; aka "mountain pose" or "down dog" (adho mukha svanasana: adhomukha="having the face downwards"; svana="a dog"). Begin in Cobra. Lift your butt and torso, tucking your head in and rising off your heels. End with your legs and torso forming an inverted V, legs straight, arms straight, torso straight. You are supported on palms and toes.

Variation 1

Now walk your feet wide apart.

Variation 2

PART 1: Ground the crown of your head and raise one leg high.

PART 2: Bend the knee of the raised leg.
