Yoganidra="meditation-sleep." From Bhairavasana, bring the straight leg back behind your shoulder, and cross your feet, ankles or legs behind your neck.

Variation 1

Push up, lift off on your palms and do an arm balance: dwi pada sirshasana (dwi="two," pada="foot," sirsha="head").
