Supta="sleeping" + bhadra="throne." Begin in Shavasana. Bend both knees, bringing the soles together and the heels in toward the perineum. Hands on thighs press them down.
Variation 1
PART 1: Keeping the soles of your feet together, bring the joined feet back up above your midsection and press themin toward your torso.
PART 2: Keeping the soles together, bring your feet back until your toes touch your forehead.
