Progression
From Dandasana, fold both legs and bring the heels toward the body. Ankles or shins may cross; outer foot may go under the opposite thigh, atop the calf, or atop the thigh. Hands to knees.

PART 1: Arms straight and high, palms together, with or without thumblock.
