Aka Peacock Feather pose, Forearm Stand. Piccha (pron, "pincha")="tailfeather," mayura="peacock." Begin in Parvatasana (Hill, aka Down Dog). Come down to your elbows, forearms on the floor pointing straight ahead. Kick up into an elbowstand, legs straight up.

Open your legs into a V.

Double stag.

Half Lotus, legs straight up.
