Place one leg in half lotus.

PART 1: Begin in seated lotus. Lean forward, rise up on your knees, and plant your palms on the floor (4206028). Bend forward further, ground your crown, and bring your knees to your elbows: Full Lotus, folded.

PART 2: Raise your folded legs parallel with the ground: Full Lotus, half-folded.

PART 3: Raise your legs as high as possible: Full Lotus, up.

Variation 6

PART 1: Bend your hips and set your legs parallel to the floor: "Pike."

PART 2: Then open your legs to a V: "Open Pike.

Variation 7

Place your legs in Butterfly.

Variation 8

Rest your knees on your elbows.
